Smacked VoodooMan has a history of being fugazi and half stepping in regards to race issues mainly to protect his pockets and maintain viewership by appeasing the people who need to hear and see what the hell really going on out here. Also doesn't help that he was so adamantly against Kyrie Irving when he was saying their shouldn't be any basketball being played before they started the bubble up and in regards to the George Floyd murder.
His main point with regards to race in sports is protecting the athletes pockets. He doesn't want them to do anything that would cause them to lose money, which is why I feel his message is often misconstrued as being anti-black

Maybe bottom of the roster guys can't, but the league starts in 15 days, Chiefs vs. Texans. Could you imagine if Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson said they ain't playing that night? Separate the other 104 players on both teams, just those two alone?
