I dont know about all. HBO did a really good doc on the mayor of Stockton, CA. He was like 26 when he was elected as the first black mayor and has implemented "radical" liberal policies in what has traditionally been a rough city. I could see him making a governor or senate run eventually. And he's part of this new wave of democrats that are pushing for policy change like limiting the money in politics.
