Just proves that everyone is going through something, whether that be mentally, physically, name it. There is not a single person on this Earth that is 100% ok at any time. Give them a call, text, whatever just to gauge where they're at. Whether they wish to divulge their issues or not just let them know they got your love and support and that you're a phone call away.
