how he gave YB a better verse than sean
Youngboy the young goat he had to flex 💪
best Wayne verse in years
But how did no one stop him/his team from literally making this the same type of song over and over lmao
like literally it's a whole bunch of New Orleans Wah Wah guitar beats lol and a couple diverse ones
The Wheezy joint and My Window and Callin the hardest s*** on here by default bc they not the same NBA Youngboy/Baton Rouge type beat lmao
this is a top 3 yb album. i know its soon but the strides he is making are insane. just hope he can slow down on the d**** a bit because he is clearly f***ed up. He is such a legend bro omg love him so much hope he finds peace.

I mean that’s fair but i think he does what he does really well. He’s still young af. When Wayne was 20 we could have never seen him making something like Prostitute 2. I feel like YB in a similar place where Wayne was in those early days. He honing his craft getting really good at what he’s doing and then I foresee him moving on to something bigger and different. He’s got the talent and depth of subject matter to do it. Just give him time.
If Wayne was releasing music at that age the way people do now due to streaming and all that s*** he would have also been thrown into a box of being one dimensional. So it may be a longer road for YB in terms of number of projects and s*** but I think he can get there
Peace hardly

Off Season
This how I know it’s a great album, everybody got different favorite tracks

Wayne was releasing music at that age though
he was 23 05-06 for Carter 2 run so him @ 20 would have been sqad up tapes and 10,000 bars which were both versatile af and over all types of beats/flows
Also YB has showed diversity in other projects
This is really just on his a&rs or whatever putting all these similar songs out his vault on one project

That’s fair, I just feel like - like you said - YB has shown he can be versatile and I think he can build on that as he develops his career. Right now he young and doing what he knows works cuz he knows it gets him money. Eventually I feel like he’ll step out of his comfort zone more and start doing different sounds once he feels like he’s secured the bag enough you know what I mean?
