Auburn fans can be particularly hard on you when you suck and forget the good moments, but Thorne had way too many bad plays for a 5th and now 6th year QB to be making. If Auburn didn’t have one of the lowest bars for good QBing out of any historically elite program, dude would be an afterthought. As it is, he actually is pretty high up there for passing yards and passing TDs for Auburn. Damn shame

Oh I agree. I think he's just a head case tbh. I have no faith in him in critical moments. It was a shock he was able to lead that drive to tie it up with a field goal the other night. But I've been saying all year, he's the best we have on the roster now. White hasn't developed and Hank/Harold are G5 quarterbacks.

I would’ve wanted to get some more tape of Hank against SEC comp, but I also thought the season was lost like 3 weeks ago. I don’t think Hugh really wanted to sit PT and with how disastrous that half was for Hank against Arky, he didn’t have to find many excuses to throw him back out there.

Pretty sure they’re gonna take a top dollar QB in the TP on top of Deuce Knight. They’ll probably lose Geriner and I would think Hank too

In a sense the season is lost but at the same time, it isn't. Performance now is imperative to recruiting and holding onto our class. For example, the game the other night was a great impression. We had a lot of guys there.

But yeah, grabbing a QB in the portal is imperative. Unless White has a crazy offseason, we need someone to be plugged in or we'll suffer the same woes. I think Deuce will be great, but not next year.

Yeah I just undervalued how much those recruits wanted to see the team pull a win out. Proof of concept can be shown in other ways than statistics and play calling I suppose
