Georgia got out coached, out classed and physically got outplayed. Got beat in every phase of the game. NIL cooked the SEC.

Well they're going to lose to Penn State anyway so unfortunately we won't get to test that theory

Notre Dame started a QB with 40 collegiate games under his belt and got outgained (while the game was still competitive) by almost 100 yards by a team starting a QB with 51 career pass attempts

They entered the redzone one time this game and it was when Georgia fumbled in their own territory

every team with a bye lost because the system favors conference championships over being a better team

3/4 of the teams with a bye were the clear-cut worse team in their matchup

just choose the teams the same way but rank them 1-12 for seeding and its perfect

Two things can be true. Did you see how Georgia handled their special teams??? They got out coached. Bad. They couldn’t run the ball at all either. The numbers don’t tell the full story

Two things can be true, but I don't believe they are

Notre Dame got the luckier breaks in the game, simple as that. And that's all it takes sometimes

I'm not taking anything away from them but to act like this was some systematic fundamental domination of a performance is totally off base imo

I dont trust Riley Leonard at all tbh. I feel like ND could have gotten a way better QB last offseason.

Personally think Oregon and Georgia were the better teams. Georgia lost their QB so maybe not anymore.

But Oregon I thought would win it all, even having to go against OSU.

I think the bye week actually did Oregon dirty. Honestly might have done BSU dirty too

    Its weird.

Kris Mitchell was a 1k+ yard receiver at FIU and was considered one of the best in the portal and he only has 200 yards for ND all year.

Idk… to me it looked pretty dominant. Special teams specifically. But really just physicality wise.. the numbers won’t tell the full story every time.

Oregon-OSU was the most evenly matched quarterfinal imo, I thought Oregon was better going in tho

I don’t believe any rust or funk from a bye offsets the value of extra rest, prep, and not having to risk a loss

Every team would take a bye over playing an extra game, there being no upsets in one year doesn’t mean it will stay like this
