Fresh squeezed lemon juice but nah bottled grapefruit.
And I use aquafaba instead of egg white for the foam i can recommend that.

yeah it’s a super common replacement to use in cocktails, a lot more venues stock it to be vegan friendly or for ppl with allergies

2oz Ginger Lemonade
1oz 7 juice blend from TJ's
3/4oz Aquafaba
1oz water for extra volume
Shake with ice for 30sec and pour
