    ktt doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and fam...anyone got any idea wat could be goin on?

    my neck and shoulder muscles have been knotting up very easily the last 3 weeks or so and every time i lay down my neck and shoulders feel uncomfortable. almost like my head is too heavy or some s***. ive tried different pillows, a different mattress, and it's the same.

    i swear its not as bad as you would think. i slouch slightly. but i will say when im on my laptop or phone I do lean forward...and im on my laptop and phone a lot

    Get a towel fold it into the shape of a cylinder, put it in the middle of you spine and lay on it on a hard surface with both your arms up in a crucifix and hold that position for 5-10 minutes. Try to do this twice a day, it will counter your bad posture during the day and stretch your spine.

    Dead hangs are useful too

    have two people (one on each side) hold your head stable then jump and cross your legs while they try to keep you from touching the ground

    hey @op ive had chronic neck pain for almost a decade now after cracking it one day. had xrays, ct scans, mris and aint f***in nobody can see nothing wrong wit it

    whats helped me most is switching to back sleeping without a pillow and doing some neck traction before and after bed. the video below is what inspired me to try the tractioning and it's been a blessing. its still not perfect, I still have pain and weakness, but I no longer have days where it's debilitating. i hope this helps you out at least a little bit

  • Do you do pull ups? If no, start doing them, it will strengthen your back, improve your posture and might even get rid of the neck pain
