I need help trying to find a tactic, something that will meet the needs of a consumer segment, and the company I'm doing the project on is Netflix. The segments are:

Essentially, what would kind of recommendation can be made (in the context of original content sector of Netflix) can be made to meet those of one of those segments.

I would assemble a Netflix sales force to get people signed up for the new Netflix sales force. Each new person gets a bonus every time they sign someone up for the sales force
