My take:

Girls are naturally less..dedicated, for lack of a better word, while forming new relationships. I think its because they typically have way more options, and because a lot of men flake out when the commitment gets real.

So yeah, they won't wanna f*** a new guy right away because they don't want to get used and dumped aside by someone they're developing feelings for. At the same time, they still have needs and get h****...and already have a FWB established for those needs. So they keep their FWB around until the commitment is cemented, then they let em know things got serious.

I know it hurts, I've been in a similar situation before. But if she's not f***ing around on you since you made it official, I think the best thing you can do for yourself is to categorize it as part of her past and try to give this thing a chance.
