    bruh I used to drink soda and juice exclusively and then milk during breakfast. I would also have like 2 bowls of sugary cereal every night. would barely drink water.

    i haven’t touched anything but water for almost a year

    i also stopped eating as much processed items and try to avoid sodium, processed sugars, and carbs.

    this plus working out and being more active have made me feel better than ever.

    relapsed on Sunday and had hot chicken and waffles and a big bag of hot cheetos tho

    so refreshing, it's really a miracle
