It's garage sale season, might find good stuff to flip

It's easy as f*** to get under the table temp work for certain trades off craigslist, look for terms like demo, mitigation, restoration, disaster clean up, etc I hired some in the past this way

Might be some per diem stuff in your area if you look at government websites at state or local city level. They always need people to help with mental health stuff short term
