ig i consider it superficial bc its an outside thing mainly concerned with presentability that most ppl would stop caring as much abt if they lived alone on a mountain for instance

obvi hygiene does tie into health at some point, but u rly gotta b a lot more egregious than this girl seems to be to be unhygienic enough for your health to come in question
