There's songs on that album that weren't produced by the neptunes. It was all Timbaland on Filthy which was also the first single from that album. If you don't believe timbo fell off just watch his livestreams when he's making beats. It's just him being high as f*** and adding drums to generic trap loops that other producers send him. He hasn't been futuristic or groundbreaking for a long time. Even Filthy sounds like a Future S***Love Sounds throwaway lol.
