Me & @op had our differences but I understood where he was coming from its okay if he wants to use that post - because it does bring up a valid point.

Nepotism (at its core), isn’t optimal in a democracy (perhaps in kingdoms & dictatorships). It’s something of value to have (hey, my pops was PM - I know what I’m doing), but it shouldn’t play as huge a role as it does.
