It’s a little weird seeing a spark notes version of arguably the best part of his arc, but it is what it is

I think it would have been stronger if they straight up didn’t do the sparknotes, or shortened it, and pick up when he links with Coodie again

It could’ve been really powerful if they skipped from donda’s death straight to Sacramento rant but they just didn’t lol

this just moves too fast to be fulfilling. and it’s so cherrypicked and painted in a narrative. why show JIK as a positive comeback era when it was undoubtedly his most troubled era, with the worst music and plenty of mental health troubles? and show 2018 as a pure s*** show? it’s because coodie wasn’t around during 2018 and doesn’t know all the great from that year. it’s just all media painted information he’s going off of

Donda West is easily the best part of this series. That’s the most valuable takeaway. Just a real person, you can tell.

Haven't watched part 3 yet but man, now I understand why losing her affected Ye so much Literally his biggest fan, was reciting his own raps back to him

It’s a difficult thing to critique, cause of the sentimental value.
But Ye often has a minimalist aesthetic. Fly on the wall. Looking through God’s keyhole.
I really don’t wanna be hearing voiceover, period.

It’s sad that people like that will use this man but Ye has to go through the journey and see the truth. We all do

  • Coodie a real one tho. Always need someone like that. I’m trying to be like a Coodie. Much love to Ye and God. Love the doc and Donda gets me every time because I lost my mom too.

People really love to s*** on the Yeezy clothing line, especially in the beginning. I’ve never wanted to speak on it much cause I’m not into fashion like that. People will give you their thoughts on a field they have no frame of reference for tho, cause it don’t look like what they buy at forever 21.

From my perspective, I always f***ed with it, for the most part anyway. And the GAP hoodies are dope.

It’s sad to me that he bought in to the 2020 bipolar episode narrative just because Kanye ran for president

    That shouldn’t be concerning
