HBO’s brand was always more prestigious and coveted,they were just more expensive and only on cable. Now Netflix wants to compete with HBO in pricing with their catalog but now their learning that they were always the number 2 budget option.

Netflix at first was marketed as the “one stop shop,get rid of your satellite/cable subscription service,Netflix is all you need” company and then Disney,HBO had to come flex their muscle on them.

Base cost gets you 480p quality and you have to upgrade to $20 a month just for quality you SHOULD be getting already. Plus the Netflix original movies and shows all blow
