just letting you know it's gonna be jarring going from his debut album to Ressurection just cause he switched his entire flow (but in a good way)
If you ain't put off by his "poet" flow, you'll appreciate most of his discography.
Electric Circus is the only "dud" and that's mostly it sounded musically all over the place.

I’ve heard some of the stuff before, so I’m aware that he has a signature flow. Thanks for the heads up regardless.
He has one of the craziest production lineups of all time
Entire albums by dilla, Kanye, the Neptunes, no ID

Pretty much this
although I would say UMC is his only real dud
While it was interesting to hear Common in a completely different pocket with bombastic sounds, ultimately the album is held back by ridiculous and corny lyrics and a cadence that has no particular character to it. The production is good, but not great. Almost sounds like a diet Tribe Called Quest at times. An inexperienced Common and No I.D, makes for an interesting listen, but not a particularly great listen. Will probably never listen to this album again. And none of the songs on here were added to my car playlist.
Also gotta add that ending the album with Common taking a piss did NOT leave a good lasting impression on me
Final Score: 5.5/10
Favorite Songs: Heidi Hoe, Breaker 1/9
Least Favorite Songs: No Defense

That Neptune album was his worst by far
