Because they were gonna lose over a billion if they didn't sell that remaining stock. They likely didn't realize how tough that would be when they initially terminated the deal. Backtracking would be them making a new deal with Kanye which they aren't. Also those comments are from the new Adidas CEO who came in after all this s*** happened, they still hold firm that no new deal is happening

If Ye would apologize they would be on his nuts again after a year. It's a fact. Yeezy was and still is way too impactful and I know that adidas was very mad that Ye did this. Adidas didn't drop him until the media started a s***storm against them btw, that already says enough on adidas part. They never wanted to terminate the contract and went silent because they were hopeful that Ye would stop this nonsense but he got worse.

Before talking absolute nonsense watch the entire documentation that leaked, he already said in 2019 he wants to get out of the adidas contract because it's full of "cap". I don't think Ye wants to work with them again but adidas would definitely want to work with him again. No need to be delusional about that.

A cash cow is good but only if you can control that cash cow, Kanye can't be controlled. He is unpredictable and a liability. 2 failed deals and a history of controversy which will only continue. Adidas is not backtracking lol. They only made an agreement with Kanye to sell off the remaining stock they already made before the deal's termination. They've made it clear that they won't be pursuing a future deal with Yeezy. It's over. No big corporation is touching Yeezy after 2 failed deals and an erratic controversial CEO like Kanye

I never said in any of my posts that I want this to happen. I don‘t even really care about if they ever work together again in the future. Big corporations like adidas and Nike don‘t care a single f*** about us, they never cared about Ye or other artists, they only care about money and adidas deserved that s*** that happened last year because their contracts are very shady. I know you‘re not smart at all but thats ok because I already said that Ye himself wanted to get out of this contract and he started saying this in 2019 already so that came a long way.
