I remember people being so hype that he’s going back to that sound for a new project

Are you sad it’s not indicative of his new music or glad that it’s solely made for a bonus to an old tape and he’s not going back to a sound he’s done before

the fact he did sandman is even better just shows he could do it , he just chose not to do it

i’m very glad it’s not totally indicative of his new music though I don’t mind songs like that at all

I love Sandman and i love hnd34rd from testing as well, so it’s not like it’s a sound I can’t see Rocky doing currently

I do think that putting it as a bonus track however when it’s such an obvious throwback does feel a little “cheap“, almost? I don’t dislike this song at all but there’s no reason it could’nt have dropped separately? it’s not the end of the world that’s on here tho just coulda used that space for actual music from that era he has (feeling good, for example)
