I’ve never been sold on the appeal of going in person. Live in Toronto so could do a weekend in Montreal no problem...but always felt like on tv is a better experience.
Sell me please

There's a bunch to do at the circuit than watching action on track. it's similar to a street festival... food trucks, F1 esports activities, alcohol tents, merch, local vendors, autograph sessions, etc.
And of course actually seeing the cars and drivers is amazing, made me appreciate the sport more. I will say though, watching on tv is better for knowing what's going on around the track but a good amount of seats have a big screen in their vicinity. I think it's worth it at least once if you're a fan of the sport

went with Grandstand 34 facing the hairpin
Monza is on the list for me, that'll be awesome especially if Ferrari can get a W again

Nice atmosphere should be buzzing around there
Do you guys look at NASCAR as poverty racing?
ehh it's not for me
To say it's poverty tho would be a bit of a stretch tho, there definetly is a talent that goes into driving those cars and for the duration they do.
Do you guys look at NASCAR as poverty racing?
no not at all
but its not comparable to F1 or GT racing, all motor racing is unique and the people racing are the best there are
even though I think the safety in racing ovals is scary, just look at that Newman crash last night

Stock car racing is really entertaining on smaller levels. Watch a couple ARCA and CARS tour races. You can sometimes find streams online.
Sprint car racing tho def my favorite short track to watch.
I used to go to a local track when I was younger to watch races and it makes me super nostalgic I wanna try to follow local short track a bit more.
why Williams look slower than everyone else
