origins was terrible so I would not be very hyped for that, a soft reboot would probs be what I would want to see though I doubt we'd get it Origins is ok imo

WB Montreal’s Batman game is not a prequel or a continuation of Arkham Knight but instead a reboot and the start of a DC video game universe.
The game will release this Fall and will be followed by Rocksteady’s game. A Superman game is currently in development with another WB studio.
Edit: ‘Insiders’ on ResetEra are backing this up. It’s not a straight up reboot, more of a soft one. Not using the Arkham name but mechanics. Rocksteady’s game is Suicide Squad (they claim).

WB/DC announced ‘DC Fandome’, a 24 hour digital event that’ll have exclusive panels on DC’s upcoming movies including The Batman, Wonder Wonder 1984, The Suicide Squad etc. along with TV shows and video games!
I assume we’ll see WB Montreal’s game here and possibly even Rocksteady’s as WB were set to have a panel at E3 this year.
