As I said a page back its the equivalent of Drake going back to R&B or Ye to soul samples. Although the production is good enough and the vocals are melodic enough to keep the non Spanish speaker interested imo and there are a handful of reggaeton or electronic songs. He's talking a lot of s*** on this album compared to the past lol sounds a bit frustrated with critics and fans for first time.
He pulling a drake ?!?
Hell yeah

I need to know the details of his beefs lol
Subtle Anuel diss saying he left trap for Eladio
I wouldn’t even classify ‘LLNM’ as trap, that was just a great HIP-HOP album, period.
I need to know the details of his beefs lol
Nah Benito def sounds toxic, that man is always sending shots at anuel and then backtracking

No idea w Balvin, they made an entire project together lol Anuel and him always been pitted against each other like Kendrick and Drake style and on the intro he basically says "I got time today" about this album and on next song says he left trap in Eladio's hands while he was away--Anuel has called himself the god of trap for a long time and thats kinda his thing.
For DY and Don its not really a diss its more so "please stop comparing me to these guys/stop bringing these guys up trying to bring me down". Kinda like any of the Big 3 of rap today getting mad at someone saying "you're not Pac or BIG". Thats literally the line on the intro "you're not Daddy Yankee, you're not Don Omar thats right mf im bad bunny...". Sounds like he been listening to me on that last one ngl lol
The "Yonaguinis" as he calls em lol(new 2020+ Bad Bunny fans) need to understand he came into the genre as a trap artist first. He didnt make a reggaeton song until like 2-3 years into his career and only had 1 reggaeton song on his debut album.
After about 2014ish reggaeton kinda died and trap took over in PR and Latin America(other than Balvin) for a solid 2-5 year run. Its kinda crazy to think about but reggaeton is not his main lane and to this day he still has to clarify that he is not just a trap artist--like in Tainy's DATA album where he literally says "im bad bunny im bigger than trap". So while it may be confusing/a little weird for the UVST/YHLQMDLG fans--this is what a lot of his core fan base have been asking for
Crazy how Bad Bunny single handily revived Reggaeton when Ozuna and J Balvin were starting to fall off. He changed the game with YHLQMDLG.
