It's even weirder the deeper you get tho
Cos an adidas us10 is a uk9.5 and a nike us10 is a uk9 like you say
But for some reason a nike eu44 is a UK9 but for adidas an eu44 is a uk9.5
So for some reason the us and eu sizes line up the same but the UK ones don't
Annoying as f*** cos I've always bought stuff in a UK 9.5 and only recently copped the nikes are always bigger
