    highlights include:
-in their own words, acknowledgements that Dobbs, Carlson, Ingraham, et al were blatantly lying to their audience
-calling their guests "fucking lunatics" behind their backs
-maintained on-air beliefs they privately dissented over because of fear of being alienated from Trump's circle, which they found to be profitable
-internal civil war w/ people (inc. Tucker) trying to get people fired for tweeting s*** contrary to on-air messaging
-Carlson s***ting all over Trump & Trump's base repeatedly
    -"Sidney Powell is a f***ing b****" -Tucker Carlson ( )
-proof of collusion between trump legal/campaign team and fox news, most of which was fox news lamenting the information being spread was so insane they feared losing viewers ( )

Yet none of their viewers will hear a peep about this and dismiss it all as fake news if they do.

    Yay!

technically this has happened at least twice already (likely more) - in 2020, there was a lawsuit against Fox News & Tucker Carlson which was dismissed because the judge said Carlson provided commentary & entertainment rather than news (law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/new-york/nysdce/1:2019cv11161/527808/39).

This was reminiscent of the same happening in OAN vs MSNBC Maddow the same year, where the claim Maddow defamed someone was similarly dismissed due to them saying Maddow was an entertainer providing commentary rather than a source of news (timesofsandiego.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/MADDOW-DISMISS.pdf).

Low-key doesn't matter cuz everytime something like this gets exposed, their viewers just ignore it. In fact Tucker might spin this into "look how the mainstream media is out to get us!" narrative

oh it doesn't matter at all, similar suits have been filed for almost every news channel in the country. it happened with the aforementioned Maddow case and it also happened when CNN doxxed a child for posting a meme. CNN also tried to use it as a defense during the Nick Sandmann case. its just funny regardless to see carlson frantically texting someone "this b**** is a lunatic"

Tucker saying "I hate him passionately" about trump is just so perfectly in character with his florid-bordering-on-histrionic way of speaking
