Drake has been the most hated musician on the internet since at least 2018. People were eager for him to respond to Kendrick because they'd already made up their mind that Kendrick had won a potential beef, regardless of how Drake handled himself. You can just tell by how disingenuous people are being in how they're judging things.
You have people from multiple fanbases right now supporting Kendrick simply to spite Drake. It's not out of love for Kendrick. It's to try to stick it to Drake because they think it'll knock him down a peg.
In reality, it won't. He will be fine. This moment, just like any other, will pass. And then we'll see how much people support the Kendrick music that isn't tied to Drake.
People too caught up in social media hype.
People should be taking what Kendrick and Drake alleges far more seriously though (for different reasons)
Kendrick putting out Pedo allegations against someone with no proof and the ramifications - whilst there are actual s***offenders on the loose.
Drake alleging that Kendrick abused his wife - neither of them speaking up about it yet (telling) and people glossing over it.
Drake has everything to lose by lying on baseless accusations, Kendrick has everything to gain by slandering his name.

You’re right. Drake will be fine, he’s a Megastar, however this will be a moment that ppl will NEVER forget and I think that ‘kink’ in his armor counts for something.

How much more Kendrick, who is one of the biggest rap artists in the world? None of this is surprising so I don't know why people are running with this like it's the end of Drake.
It’s not even a L for drake. It’s not ideal but this was going to happy no matter what lol. This is why I always hate when he engages in rap beef. I love it at the same time because we get good music from it.. but these situations are always inevitable
