javeI doubt 5 is being actively worked on, apart from a small crew doing pre-production, and thats a maybe. Bethesda is still a single game at a time studio, cant see it coming out any earlier than mid 2030s. Fallout 3 remake is probably 2027-28, new Sawyer game early 2030s

Also Tim Cain, the creator of fallout, joined obsidian working on a mystery project last year
