With that being said, I don't see him taking it to the next level either. He thinks that what he's doing is enough to be the best, but I think that if he wants to be on that GOAT level he should expand his vision and topics, implement more emotion into the songs.

In that regard YOL2 and Bandana were a step in the right direction. Alfredo and the new singles not so much.

Not really, he just takes breaks from trying to "make classics" for a year or two after he drops something truly crazy. After Pinata we got Shadow of a doubt, in the Bandana era we also got Freddie and Fetti, Now Alfredo dropped which is universally seen as one of his best projects and so he chilling now giving us songs like Gang s***, 4 thangs, and this new joint

He just likes to space out his discog and feed us enjoyable fire music in between s*** where he really tries to shake his s*** up

Alfredo has some of his most emotional and vivid songs, some of yall really need to spin that s*** again and listen to what he saying on there lol

Besides Skinny Suge and some individual lines here and there it was lacking in that regard imo.

He also didn't use his voice to its full extent like he did on some other projects.

I think the record uses that though. It’s concise enough that ittl touch on all of Freddie’s aspects and then you can just play it right back. Short but varied

Each their own. I’ve found it to be a good record for smoking to, but I’ve been going back to bandana a bit lately. I’d like to see him switch it up tho with whatever albums next. Try all sorts of producers to space out the collab albums

Seems like he hasn't figured out what he really wanna do next tho. He said he's just experimenting with mainstream leaning singles and seeing if he can have a hit and get into the mainstream.

He said that if it doesn't work out, then no big deal. He's just having fun with it.

He did say he wanna put out an album later this year tho, to keep his momentum.. but I feel like we are still a few months away from that.
