The word soundtrack could just mean he’s making a short film like Clapping for The Wrong Reasons or a mini Atlanta and these rap songs are part of it.

Probably not Atavista, but I can see it for Bando Stone. He said in the first Gilga Radio episode that the soundtrack is gonna be like a love letter to Gambino fans who have been around since the beginning. Feel like that's a hint to expect more rapping. He also said in the episode that he's aware of the people who say he needs to rap more. He even mentions it in this song lol
If I had to guess, that Bando Stone soundtrack will probably be something like 60% singing 40% rapping. He already dropped another song where he's rapping throughout, so it could be a safe assumption that he's looking to rap more.
