Now that i can see much better, the glasses i picked look even worse than my old ones

Everything looks so sharp and detailed, but on the bad side, it will kill ALL my chances with the ladies

I hope in 2020 i can do a laser eye surgery, some ppl with glasses may look sexy, but not me and especially not that frame, cant wear contacts either

Anyone else looks horrible with glasses?

Update: Im now lowkey used to the new glasses, most of my friends didnt notice a difference before i pointed it out thst i have new glasses, although thats not a great thing, cause they didnt like my old glasses either

Yes right, had glasses all my life wanted contacts so bad always took my glasses off felt like i looked way better without

But now its the opposite

Partially its worse due astigmatism, but my old lenses were so badly scratched, i really hated to see through them, at home id rather wore no glasses than so badly scratched ones. On group pics u could barely see my eyes cause the old glasses were so scratched and always looked dirty

I wear contacts I could never go back unless I'm an old man

My prescription is so strong that frame choices are limited, so I relate to being unsatisfied with how they look. There are always online stores that have a wider selection than what's available from the optometrist.

This probably sounds dumb ass hell but growing up I foreal didn’t know people could see far. Like I thought we were only supposed to be able to see stuff that was close if that makes sense.

Like someone would ask me if I could read a sign on the other end of the street and I’d be like Nah, of course not. It’s all the way over there. We’d have to go over there to read it.

i was mad worried bout this cos the main reason i did it was cos contacts dried em out too much. but nah theyve been bless honestly but i went for a more expensive treatment just to up my odds
