Just imagine a trashcan about the size of a small car. Everyday you throw trash (junk food) into it, you won't feel the effects immediately, but if you keep throwing trash in it ur body will suffer.

it was pretty easy to drop surprising it cause i was a huge pop drinker, but there’s really no point tbh i was just seeing if i could use self control
That's good, slowly ween off other sugars, don't try to go cold turkey all at once.
Also, find two or three real meals you can eat every single day and switch it up every month.

I like doing one spinach + mangoes + blueberries.. Banana if I feel like it.
And in another I replace the spinach with kale.
Sometimes add broccoli
Always add ground turmeric, cinnamon (esp with banana), and ground ginger
