idk couldve been made to showcase progress to higher-ups or just internally. Looks way too unfinished for anything else. Yeah, Crazy Taxi has definitely been teased on official channels recently

In SEGA’s yearly report they still mention this game is coming.
The leaker most likely just got ahold of an early build trailer. It doesnt mean they havent made progress since.
