This article literally says and confirms there are UFO encounters that are unexplainable, and that just because there may be drones from other nations in restricted air space, doesnt mean there isnt anything else.

And even if its another country? Where did they get technology for ships that can travel at 12,000mph? They THAT far ahead of everyone else? Very doubtful. And lets put aside the fact that many high ranking military personnel from russia and china have also seen UFOs at nuclear bases. And both governments have confirmed it is not their technology.
