you're suppose to sound like everyone else. that's what u call a generation. only thing that make the greats different is that they're better.
What i would suggest is that u replace the sad bars with aggressive bars and make a song thats genuinely fun.
my preference. imma carti baby guy before durk, but i like them all.

Pretend you’re writing for someone else then. Music is a business. Understand the trends and market. Interpreting them honestly is what it means to be authentic.
There’s def a market for what you’re doing. I just think with the sound that you’ve cultivated, your direction is so dominated by others, it might help to put that kind of twist on it.

I see what u mean but that is someone else's goal not mine. music for me isn't a business yes there are things u are going to have to do to in a business sense but I write music and make music to get me through the day and if I end up making it that's good if I dont that's still good for me. and I dont really look as my music sounding like everyone else because I do make other songs I just chose to make a song like this. and I get constative criticism but u telling me to be someone im not just for likes and plays isn't for me. if u would of said maybe think about good essences in your life and write about that it be great. I think u dont mess with like sad boy rap rock ish songs which is totally fine but that's like telling a person that is a cart type rapper and be like yeah maybe if u better lyrics to your rap it be better. there is different lanes u can go in which is a great thing about music. and also u can be in hot of different lanes and again I do make other songs this is just one of them that's more sad boy stuff. but thanks for the feed back and deff will try to understand your perspective

Don’t post your music if the criticism motivates u to write novels to strangers about yourself instead of just making more music. Makes it look like u create for selfish reasons. lol there is a difference between constructive criticism and what ur saying about a single song that I made. like if u kinda know what I was going for like if im trying to make song like this right why would u say aye yeah u should deff change the lyrics to a different vibe if the vibe I was going for is this vibe lol if u would of said ay maybe say things differently or oh the melody is lil off or yeah maybe dont double the vocals that's is constructive. and u saying the it makes it look like I create music for selfish reasons makes no sense.
