The line is also said by DJ Drama on Tyler's "SWEET / I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE".

These are just small hints atm, but Tyler teased CMIYGL way back when "Igor" was still ongoing by appearing at the GRAMMYS with a suitcase (which is the whole CMIYGL theme) with the album's title just as a small tag line.
At this point this is all speculative, but Tyler is known for having very short role-outs, so if all this turns out to be true, we could be seeing Tyler activity soon.
