just finished reading this apology. if sincere, it’s a decent start, though i can’t help but side-eye the part about an autism misdiagnosis. he literally has an album cover that says “i hate being bi-polar, it’s awesome”

everybody who saw how he was moving knew he was bipolar, nobody ever sincerely thought it was just misdiagnosed autism like he pretended it was. maybe that was another symptom of the mania, convincing himself nothing was wrong, he was just autistic.

either way, while the apology reads like good self-reflection, this is literally what he does every album rollout. he has a manic episode, does rage-bait album promo, and drops music. then, he has a depressive episode, regrets his rage bait, and reflects silently. then, he has a manic episode, speaks publicly to apologize, then pushes it even further as the episode progresses.

if he breaks the cycle this time, good for him. won’t earn him forgiveness to many people though. i’m willing to bet 99% of the people replying like “great apology, i forgive you ye” never stopped listening to his music in the first place.

Imma be honest I got less sympathy for bipolar people with almost a billion dollars. Ye could get all the help he ever needed but instead he surrounded himself with cloutchasing streamers who hugged his nuts
