Moments like Jail or Come To Life Are intriguing as an entire sound for an album but overall all of his albums since Pablo could have come out anytime since Pablo. Thats ten years of the same general sound outside of moments like Come To Life or certain moments on JIK

Then he started Vultures cause he realized he doesn’t have to do anything anymore live after Donda and that Rolling Loud show and Carti been following that same example
