I like the moves so far overall. Maybe Sexton and Lillard are still at play, but as of now we haven't overpaid anyone so I consider that a win. Any time we don't overpay or trade away picks for nothing is an ok move in my book.

If Mitch is asking for a lot then he's not worth keeping. If you can't get your own buckets you aren't worth overpaying for. Noel and Gibson pretty much filled in Mitch's role.
