I'm just not sure how realistic a trade for Sexton is
At this point I agree, but prior to draft night that could've been a very easy trade. If they wanted another pick I definitely would've given them two first rounders to get it done.
lmfao
Holy hell man thank god that nigga is gone
Cavs just drafted mobley and signed allen long term, they not gonna want obi or even quickley for that matter (garland)
Not gonna lie...lowkey wouldn't mind if we found a way to trade for Cole Anthony. Magic got a f*** ton of a guards as is, and they drafted Jalen Suggs. I doubt Cole and his agent are gonna be cool with his minutes getting reduced and him riding the bench for most of his rookie contract. Doubt it'd take all that much to get him.
At this point I'm sure it's too late seeing as how we're gonna be signing Kemba for about $8mil but damn...I just know it wouldn't take all that much to get Cole Anthony from Orlando. I'd gladly give em Knox and a late first pick or couple second picks for him. He just seems like one those dudes who has it.
wouldnt be mad at a Deaaron fox trade either. or sexton

If the Kings are talking I'm listening

he'd be kinda redudant here with Quick tbh they do and would have the same role. At this point, Quickley is much better and a more efficient shooter.

Fox gonna be on the way out for sure

Yes, but Cole Anthony is most definitely a point guard, whereas IQ is most definitely a shooting guard.
IQ isn't that great of a defender either, but he was made into at least a passable one. I can see Thibs capable of doing the same for Cole
No way defense is as good this year but the offense should make up for it, we got 7 guys who can drop 20 any night

I don't think that Obi + Knox deal had legit interest from the Cavs side. Don't see a deal where the Cavs give us Sexton without us moving RJ and at that point I'd rather keep RJ

well the defense being as good will depend on a healthy Mitch, if we have a full year of Mitch I could see it being just as good.

Honestly I don't think we have to worry about Mitch when it comes to our defense being solid. It was solid without him for most of last year.
Truth be told, I kinda see Mitch on the trade block. Signing Nerlens to that three year deal kinda supports that as well
Is there any truth to the Myles Turner rumor?
Cap wise it no longer works so yeah i doubt

the numbers support that but the main reason we stayed solid wasn't only cuz of noel. It was also cuz taj was playing out of his mind. And I'm not sold on another year of 95 year old taj been that good
we also got outrebounded like hell when mitch was out which was a huge reason we lost against ATL

No matter how hard Taj plays he's just not gonna be able to do what Mitch does. The less minutes Taj plays the better cause that means Mitch and Noel are on the court

I think the biggest reason we lost to ATL was lack of scoring. We put up about the same amount of points we were throughout the season against them that series. Randle was our primary ball-handler and scorer. Once he got shut down that was basically it. Yes the rebounding helps for sure, but if we had another competent scoring option that series would've went way different.

Possibly at some point during the season, but as of now I wouldn't put much energy into it.

Fournier and Kemba, Rose and IQ are pretty bad defensively when it comes to the backcourt RJ will have to step up for sure but I see some of the premier PGs killing us

which we have now plus mitch fixing the boards
