Dude got gassed up because players like him. He got run out of Memphis for a reason. No one ever talked about how good he was with X's and O's or strategy when saying he was a "good coach", just how much players loved him. Which is cool for an assistant coach but that doesn't win games in the NBA. You have to be on your A game strategy wise especially with a team like this with no stars.
