Has there been anyone who showed interest in buying the Knicks? I'm sure there are, but the asking price has to be massive. I refuse to believe that Dolan is that petty that he's just refusing people who are buying.
But of course since the Knicks make so much money annually that could also be a reason why he won't sell I suppose. It's strange though. Dude says he doesn't know much about basketball, and he's shown that he doesn't particularly care that much. Why would he choose to continue dealing with the headache?
It's Isola but still...
https://twitter.com/TheFrankIsola/status/1235642257312608256Banana boat Melo & CP3 next year.
I'm really interested in seeing how this trade could go knowing Chris Paul's relationship with Paul
Rose could negotiate something realistic and we could possibly snag CP3 in a way that wouldn't be a major set back for the team.
Though I feel like if Melo next season is a thing next year, then I don't see us getting both. It'd be either one or the other.

For CP3's contract we better get some good ass draft capital in return.

Dis is chess not checkers
Nets running a s*** show of their own lowkey the whole season but they aren't getting bullied by the media like we are.

This season was always a wash for them anyways, next year they will if it stays the same
Leon rose really starting out chasing CP3 at 34 years old lmfao
He must be annihilated.

Heard they also possibly getting rid of Dinwiddie and/or LeVert. Meaning all the reasons I would ever consider becoming a Nets fan will all be gone smh
Amazing. The Nets gentrified the f*** outta Brooklyn. And now Kyrie and KD gentrified the f*** outta the Nets

Would never switch to the nets, idc how bad things get. Hope we at least try to get kenny atkinson a genuine rivalry energy would be good for us

They just fired their coach lmao what???
I ain't letting the Nets go off that easy.
All KD and Kyrie were talking about was that they came to the Nets because the coach has an identity on the floor, now he's gone.
So we suppose to ignore that lmao
Kyrie's injuries ain't gonna magically stop either.

if you watch the games you'd see that his clear fatal flaws are rotations which lead to the crazy amount of leads we've blown all year
he loves favoring guys that are playing like s***
it seems like he was gone after this season and they just expedited the process to have more time to find another HC

Oh I'd never give up on the Knicks, I just wouldn't mind going to a game lol
There's a number of Nets fans saying he isn't a good coach now, but that could also just be a small but loud base. The general consensus among Nets fans though is confusion

they really weren't trying to make noise this year tho, can't expect the media to jump on them when next year is the true test of if the KD signing will work. Personally I think either KD or Kyrie will always be hurt and we will never see much of them together before one is traded

Wow sounds like our last two coaches.

Look man...dude coached pretty much the same team to the playoffs twice. His sense of rotations might be off, but I'm sure that s*** would go out the window soon as Kyrie and KD are back.
Also the "more time to look for a head coach" sounds more bogus the more I hear it. Like I said, he led the same team to the playoffs twice, if anything it was probably harder with D-Lo gone too. Y'all really gonna fire him now when the playoffs are pretty much guaranteed in a few weeks? Because "some players" don't like him despite still winning and being a good team on the rise? That s*** don't even sound right lol even more so if his contract is expiring the end of the season anyway.

the timing is the most confusing
hes a good HC but his flaws aren't gonna fit our direction

being the 7th seed in the east is not something to be proud of, the 7th seed in the west is 11 games ahead of the nets in the standings

Man quit tryna downplay a playoff spot just to justify your head coach getting fired in the middle of the season as a smart move. There's obviously some other s*** going on. When was the last time you've ever heard of a playoff bound coach getting fired when the playoffs are two weeks away? Even if they are on an expiring contract? That s*** sounds...like some s*** I'd expect from the Knicks
