if we do, what’s our lineup? Soto usually bats 3rd. and it would be smart to keep him up there in the lineup since he kinda always gets on base. and it feels like Lindor wouldn’t like being put down in the lineup.

would we make Pete bat 5th? and soto cleanup?

Pete should be 4th in every lineup we put out for the next decade.

If the Nets don’t get Soto I don’t think I see him being traded by the deadline. Lowkey I think the Nats ownership was being petty announcing they were shopping him so early.

But idk it’s tough I was tryna figure it out a couple of days ago as well. Because I like the dynamic of Nimmo and Marte at 1-2 and then Lindor and Pete but honestly if it happens I feel like Lindor’s gotta put his leadership cap on and eat it for the team’s sake

They def need another bat and an arm. If we can get Megil back and stable I think our chances at having a solid pen barring any other Injuries heading down the stretch and October is petty good.

Put Megil and Peterson in the Pen and get an arm that can simply get outs and can lead to Edwin.
