Get yourself an Acai bowl. Acai berries have anti inflammatory properties in it. I had a pain in my shoulder where it hurt to move it for a couple days, but when I ate an Acai bowl, it went away. Same with this headache I had. I had a wicked headache today, but to solve that, I blended granola, whey and hemp protein, strawberries, Acai, bananas, coconut oil, and apple juice, and it went away. So the next time you nearly kill your liver taking Tylenol or burn your stomach with ibuprofen, try Acai.
However I don’t recommend just that if you’re healing from a major injury. It’s a good pain reliever alternative, but not a Percocet alternative
