He lobbied the MTA Board, Jay didn't do that.
He had 35 lawsuits brought against him during the prepping and construction phases and won all 35
Ratner paid the tenants of the apartment building they knocked down between 1 and 3 million a piece.
The arena was part of a almost 5 BILLION dollar developmental project to essentially gentrify Brooklyn. Ratner RECRUITED Jay to purchase a stake and help with the PR
