Robinson had a great year but it's important to consider draft capital. CEH has 1st round draft capital, JT, Akers, Swift, and Dobbins all have 2nd, and Gibson and Moss have 3rd. Robinson being undrafted means it's going to be a lot easier and more likely for A) the Jags to draft another RB and B) the Jags to give up on him if he suffers a bad injury or has a bad stretch of games. His job security is the worst out of the group but he is far more talented than CEH and Moss which is why he's in that tier

CEH shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as those guys
