Yup, I agree. I think Howie this off season tried to manipulate the 2017 season, but so far we're falling short from it. With injures plaguing the season and stuff from the locker room leaking out is a recipe for disaster. Even though people mentioned we got a new training staff when we really didn't. It's still the same people but people internally got an promotion within the company.

The WR market is really tricky for us after we traded for Golden Tate last year and I think that really crippled us from making a move on a receiver this past deadline. It it was challenging for him to solidify a plan for Tate into our offense, wouldn't the FO think it's best to find a OC that understands what he's doing? There's been plenty of times where this offense doesn't look prepared at all.

Yeah, this philosophy has to change with how the roster's built and who has the say over personnel. With Schwartz information being leaked this past week by him choosing Brown (Now released) Over Jaime Collins whos having a good season so far. It just makes you think of it overall. What other moves were being blocked from happening even though it was the best solution for us? Bradham worked out well for us with Schwartz choosing. But sometimes, Howie & Doug needs to take command at times. I'm judging this from public information and don't know how it is internally.
