It only cares about the outcome and ignores motives completely. If Mason Rudolph actually succeeded in taking off Garrett’s helmet (which he tried to do first) would he still just have gotten a small fine? If Garrett missed the swing would he be suspended this long? By ignoring this s*** the NFL is acting deliberately unfair and ignorant.
