Cowboys have actually done this too, minus the front office thing. The coaching staff is still horrible. Can't say Dak doesn't have weapons and support though.
I disagree with a lot of the things Colin Cowherd says, like close to 90%, but he has been spot on about one thing all year: the Cowboys have no offensive identity. That falls 100% on coaching
