"While growing up she moved frequently due to her father's work with the United States Department of State, living in thirteen countries — including Turkey, China, Malaysia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo — before eventually settling in the United States."
"I want to reiterate that this is mostly speculative based on the fact that I found evidence of him being nominated to an FSO-4 consular office in a 1987 State Dept periodical that keeps records of nominations, as well as the fact that he appears on State Dept Key Foreign Office Positions directories from around 1989-1991. During this time, he appears to have been an Administrative Officer in Zaire, later the Democratic Republic of Congo. I can’t find any entries between 1992-2002, but on 2003 he appeared again in the consulate in Osaka, Japan. The fact that Mistki has kept so quiet about her parents, as well as the fact that he was a senior level FSO in the consulate in Zaire in 1990, and given that every major country uses diplomatic positions as cover for clandestine intelligence operations, I think it was HIGHLY likely he was CIA.”
