    she couldve easily pushed multiple songs to number one. No one really cared about chart placements till like 2018 tbh.

    nicki? hell no. she has nothing to do with it. this is just what fans do these days. nothing wrong with it i suppose because the billboard charts purpose is to tell us what's been the most successful in a certain time frame. if these are the things the fans do to help their artists succeed then that's just what it is.

    i think my problem with it is more from a historical standpoint. they're playing by an entirely different set of rules these days but just looking at the chart and all the records being broken wouldn't paint that whole picture for you.

    Weight streaming more and allow just 1 copy per card or wtv, how can you allow 4 copies per card and then being able to spam buy

    there weight about equal. 150 streams is one song sale which is fair.

    Nothing more pathetic than artists begging their fans to “keep buying” and “keep streaming”

    This ain’t a shot at Nicki, it’s a whole lotta artists doing that

    we like to forget, it's (unfortunately) the music business. i just think the industry gave us a little more courtesy in hiding the tactics back then. now it's ALL consumer-driven, right in our faces, and they just tweet at us to keep spending our money
